We installed this for a couple of weeks and didn't notice any difference in the water experience. It also lowers the shower head so much that it's now uncomfortable. We will remove it. ETA: The seller left me a comment to ask him for a solution via email. After looking for a way to contact them, I did. The response I received did not answer my question of how to get a guarantee or refund. We even used the TDS meter to test the water with and without the filter - NO switching. Yes, the TDS tester works as we have also tested it on other faucets and our reverse osmosis drinking water filter.
