I like that they are very thorough about their work, always asking for feedback from my end as well! They have been able to help me with both SEO issues AND PPC campaigns which has helped us greatly over time. The only thing i didn't really enjoy was having them do some of our content writing but it's not something we're currently working together so maybe things will change now haha.
