Product arrived earlier than expected. Others noticed scratches or other damage. This refurbished phone was indistinguishable from a brand new one. Activation via MetroPCS required a simple phone call. It only took ten minutes to transfer everything from my old phone. It's a bit smaller than my wife's A20, but that doesn't bother me as it fits better in my pocket. The only complaint is that this phone is very slippery without a case. I would also like a longer charging cable. I definitely recommend purchasing an aftermarket case with the phone. Good phone at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
