Can cool a small space

Calling it "air conditioner" is an exaggeration, but it can cool a small space. The "technology" is simple: A fan blows air over water or ice, which cools the air and then cools the room. However, this is a very small fan, so it doesn't cool a large area. Rechargeable, so no batteries required. The fan has three speeds, but I don't see why anyone with lower speeds would bother. Easy to use. Light. good style
