Product: Our boos board began to warp and fall apart almost immediately out of the box. This board has been properly maintained with Boos products. No water immersion or any ownership factors involved in its failure. It should be noted that after our board failed we have investigated here and on the web where we have found many customers with the same complaints, some have provided photos in their reviews depicting the same issues as our failed product, Have used GOOGLE and read the reviews before purchasing any of these boards. Refund: We had the product a few days within a month when we started the process. First we were told the board was over. For real? It is significant that the warranty for a board with such a cost is only 1 month. Boos was the benchmark. We discussed the warranty issue and Revain Prime promised a full refund. When this appeared on our CC bill, the refund included deductions for restocking and other undisclosed expenses totaling $38, which we immediately disputed and Revain promised to refund that charge as well, which we expect. In both conversations, Revane Prime told us that we were taken care of because we have Revane Prime. We hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Boos needs to reconsider the glues they use and their wood sources. We wouldn't put stars on board but we can't. Shop elsewhere.
