firstly i usually wear 10 medium sizes, i ordered 11 based on previous reviews saying they run small. The instep where you put your foot is quite tight but I assumed there would be some stretch and there was. This is basically a flat insole with little arch support. So if you have a high arch, this may not suit you. I broke these shoes starting with a bare boot performance. After walking around the house intermittently for a week, I feel like it has stretched a bit. I then switched to thin socks. When the shoe stretches, it also fits my foot well. These are the slip-on shoes I usually wear at home. you work for me
