I have been using this product for many years despite the high price. I started buying it because it had a strong mint scent that I liked. In recent years, however, this minty smell has become weaker and weaker. It makes sense when you look at the ingredient list: Peppermint was reduced from 2 percent a few years ago to 1 percent, and with the last purchase it's down to just 0.01 percent. It's pretty good as a shampoo, but that minty smell is part of what you're paying more for. I'm not sure if it's worth it.
