I have read all the reviews about this chair and many others. Chose it because of the size, not too big, but not too small either. I liked the design. Hands can be raised or lowered sideways. I wish the arm height was a little higher. I'm 5'4" and the armrests are low for me, but I can adjust the angle a bit and it works for me. Some reviews said the armrests weren't adjustable. Is that so. They are for uprights or lowered position. The arms have no height adjustment. Just don't over-tighten the screws. Tighten enough to feel secure and you'll have enough movement to raise and lower the levers. All in all, the Took about 20 minutes to assemble were the hardest to insert but after that it's very easy I recommend not over tightening the screws when assembling and tightening evenly on both sides I think that's a common problem with DIY builds Pulling Tighten until you feel comfortable. Great chair and will do the job.
