I absolutely LOVE this chair. I'm fat and it fits PERFECTLY. My youngest daughter assembled it for me and it was very easy for her.

Great chair for tall people. I'm 6ft 2in and the adjustable headrest makes it perfect. Assembly was easy and can be done by yourself, but you will need help to attach the backrest to the seat. Very comfortable and light.

When I received the chair and assembled it, I immediately noticed that the backrest latch was not working. The seller sent a replacement very well. But while waiting for this replacement I noticed that the seat lift adjuster (piston) was leaking (sinking) about 1 inch per day. Again, the seller was great at sending a replacement piston to fix this issue. But again, now every time I sit in a chair I hear a loud metallic "smack" under the wheels (I think). My new chair arrived just before lunch today and I put it together while munching on a sandwich before my afternoon meetings. I've only used it for a day but so far it's 200% more comfortable than the chair I've used before. I was a little stunned when I opened the box of the chair, thinking it would take me a long time to assemble it. It literally took about 15 minutes. It was very easy to assemble. The chair was well packed in the box, no damage. The armrests of the chair are a little low for my liking, but this allows the chair to slide under any table with ease, as you can see in the video. I have read all the reviews about this chair and many others. Chose it because of the size, not too big, but not too small either. I liked the design. Hands can be raised or lowered sideways. I wish the arm height was a little higher. I'm 5'4" and the armrests are low for me, but I can adjust the angle a bit and it works for me. Some reviews said the armrests weren't adjustable.
