I work for the National Suicide Prevention Crisis Center and purchased this chair for a crisis call center. Our volunteer advisors often have long phone calls and we wanted to provide them with chairs that are comfortable for each person. This was just one of the many options we bought. At first I was satisfied with the fast delivery, but there were no assembly instructions. I figured it out by the number of holes and the number of screws, but it was annoying. I bought the "tall" size and am a bit disappointed. I'm 6ft 2in and the headrest is shoulder high. The headrest only tilts, it doesn't go up or down. The movement mechanism that allows the chair to raise/lower and lock/unlock the reclining function is quite rigid and more difficult to operate than I had hoped. The plastic mesh is also stiff at the moment but I expect it will wear down over time to become a bit more resilient. In general the chair is fine. Not sure if it cost $300 from some stingy nonprofit, but that's ok. I don't like it, but I don't hate it either. That's a solid 3 stars.
