My new chair arrived just before lunch today and I put it together while munching on a sandwich before my afternoon meetings. I've only used it for a day but so far it's 200% more comfortable than the chair I've used before. My other chair wasn't that old, but it was really uncomfortable, especially when I used it 8 hours a day, day after day (you get what you pay for). I couldn't find any instructions in the box but it was pretty easy to put together - took me about 30 minutes. I'll report back on my long-term thoughts in a month, but early results are encouraging. Right now my back and butt are much, much happier!
