This is a great chair and great company. The chair came very quickly, the packaging is intact, the assembly was easy, it was very comfortable to sit on the chair. Unfortunately it had a defect in the back which caused the chair to break when I reclined to the maximum. After reading many positive customer service reviews, I decided to contact the company directly. I emailed them, explained the problem and attached photos. The company sent me another chair with no problems or delays. They were very easy to communicate with and effectively replaced the chair. It took me 15 minutes to assemble the new chair, I'm very happy with it, it's comfortable with good back support and good head support. I'll be spending about 10 hours a day in this chair, which I'm looking forward to now.
