Not a good product.
Chest/shoulder straps don't really help. If you have a short torso, you cannot adjust it either in length or width. I actually received the medium size and had to return it and get the small size. I went down a size, but even then I didn't feel like it was worth wearing. The abdominal area just flexes when you sit down and then you just get a mark on your abdomen that causes pain. It has no vertical support preventing it from folding or leaning backwards. It doesn't cost any money. I ended up borrowing one from a colleague.
