I started wearing 16w with triplets. It feels like it's hugging your stomach and offers just enough support to be comfortable. After reading some reviews about the size I ordered a size up and it was a mistake. I used safety pins to fold the sides over to really fit. The shoulder brace was good but definitely shows in all my clothes! I ended up wrapping them under my bra.

Great product I have used for my elderly mother who has a constant itchy yeast rash under her tummy folds. We were looking for a belly bra and found this one. Since her calf was very skinny, we also placed cotton swabs from the cosmetics store under the elastic holding the tummy to keep the elastic from digging into the skin. It worked great. The company should list a line for overweight people in the health section as both overweight men and women greatly benefit from it.

This product is a total disappointment. I am pregnant with twins and have chosen an average weight so 175-200 pounds. I'm 5'5" with an average build and weight of 185 and this thing is ridiculously tall. I can't believe this isn't regulated. You basically wear an elastic band around your waist with two padded shoulder straps that do nothing , but just hanging there. If you are 7ft maybe it can actually support, but it's so loose it's just annoying. Don't buy that junk!

Chest/shoulder straps don't really help. If you have a short torso, you cannot adjust it either in length or width. I actually received the medium size and had to return it and get the small size. I went down a size, but even then I didn't feel like it was worth wearing. The abdominal area just flexes when you sit down and then you just get a mark on your abdomen that causes pain.
