UPDATE******************Seller reached out to me and explained it was likely an Best Buy error sending me a return. They offered to send me another one for free which was great since the first one had already been gifted and now I could give her another one without scratches to make up for it.The item itself is great for the price, compared to the other similar options. The music in conjunction with a remote for the lights, and the fact it rotates is why I chose this one from the many similar sellers. No complaints with the item this time around. Really though, the 5 star review is for the quick customer support and offering to send me a free replacement even though I did not ask for one.*******************************I'm pretty sure I received an opened return item. The box came without the black ribbon around it as pictured. That was the first bad sign. Did not come with the git note I requested either. Bad sign number 2. Lastly and worst of all, is that the box made a rattling noise which I discovered was due to the metal knob that is used to wind it up, being loose inside the box hitting the glass and base, slightly scratching it up. Clearly from whoever repackaged it just dumping it into the box.I wish I didn't buy it last minute as I would have returned it in a heartbeat but I needed it as a gift and didn't pick up the package until the day of. It was either gift an obvious item or arrive empty handed for a child's birthday. Embarrassing to say the least. I honestly expect a call soon at this rate to say the item broke or stopped working.
