I'M SURPRISED ! PLEASE READ

so my dog went absolutely nuts lol. He ran away, jumped on the couch, barked at people, and didn't follow orders. I HAVE THIS ON IT 3 DAYSSSSSSS! He gave up and you can tell. It follows the instructions given the first time, even after losing weight. I'm wondering since this purchase was more like a wheelbarrow, can I send it back? Just a jokegggggg lol......right?
