I like that they can see my entire insurance plan from beginning to end in their system so it's easy when we need help with something specific! Sometimes you have questions about things or problems but your provider doesn't know how best answer them because he/she isn;'s not working at his job (or she). It would be nice if someone could go over answers before sending back an email saying "we're sorry this didn"y work". That way everyone knows what needs fixing without having multiple conversations going through different people just trying get some kind clarification - which never happens anyway haha!! You should do yourself research first into any program since every business has its own rules & procedures however helpful Coveragespace makes everything run smoother than ever. I like that it integrates with our payroll system, so we can see all the data in one place. The interface leaves something to be desired, but you get used to quickly once you do learn how everything works. Easy access that allows multiple people in my organization (including myself) to manage HR matters without conflict or confusion. A must have tool if your ERP platform does not include this functionality! Integration into other programs including Payroll is seamless.
