I ordered 2 identical monitors, when they arrived they weren't exactly the same, they were different sizes. One had a crack all over the back of the monitor, the other had the front bezel detached from the monitor. They were not listed as damaged, used or in poor condition, but sold as new, which is definitely not the case. You are damaged!
