I needed another protective film because my old one was worn out and started to detach. I used to only have vinyl screen protectors. My daughter advised me to buy protective glass. From the description it looked like it would work, so I decided to give it a try. Installation was pretty easy after following the instruction video. This has worked quite well for me so far.
