Too many spots, shadows

Printed copies are not clear. Too many dark spots and shadows. Tried several solutions (replacing the toner, etc.) without success. I had to buy another drum from another seller. Then it's too late to return it. waste of time and money.

Hint. This item ONLY includes the drum, not the toner cartridge
