This cot is so very easy to set up. I was camping without my husband , so I wanted an easy cot to set up/open. My other one was a chore to set up. Wow. This is a cinch! Pull it open and boom, you are done! So easy to close and stash in its convenient carrying bag. Great purchase. My only wish. would have been 3 or 4 inches higher off the ground- My old knees would have been happier. Additionally, it was very sturdy for my plus size body. no worries
