The pack does work when charging so you can charge and use whatever 12v and USB devices are plugged in. I am planning on using this as a power supply to power some lights and a soldering iron (TS100) for a mobile workstation. You may need to buy barrel jack adapters if your devices don't use the right kind. I've put the specifications below.12v output uses 5.5 x 2.5mm barrel jack (center-positive)24v output uses 5.5 x 2.1mm barrel jack (center-positive, voltage is 28.7V fully charged)Comes with a male 5.5x2.5 to male 5.5x2.1mm male adapter cable and a Y splitter which is all 5.5x2.1mm connectors (2 male to 1 female, all wired in parallel).The charger seems good as well and has a large capacitor inside it which can be a good sign of a decent wall-wart.This battery is a 7s x 1p battery which means that 7 cells are in series and only 1 cell is in parallel. This means that the pack is a 3,200 mAh battery at 24V or you could say its a 6,400 mAh battery at 12V (assuming perfect efficiency for the voltage conversion)
