BUNDLEPRO: The Experience That Is Not So Bundle-some

Review: I had the misfortune of purchasing at BUNDLEPRO not too long ago, and I must say that my experience there was less than stellar. Despite the fact that this online retailer claims to specialize in necessities for the house and kitchen, I was underwhelmed by the products that they offer. To begin, their collection is not nearly as extensive as they make it out to be on their website. My search for particular kitchen utensils was unsuccessful at BUNDLEPRO because they did not have those items in store. What is the purpose of shopping at an internet store if they do not stock the items you require? Second, there is some debate regarding the products' overall level of excellence. I recently bought a set of dining dishes, but after only a few uses, some of the plates broke. I won't even begin to complain about the kitchen utensils because they were so flimsy and scarcely served their intended purpose. Last but not least, the company's support for customers was below average. When I attempted to get in touch with them about the broken dishes, I was placed on hold for more than an hour. And when I did eventually get a hold of a representative, they were impolite and unable to answer any of my questions. In general, BUNDLEPRO is not something I would recommend to others. Their selection is severely lacking, the quality of their products is lacking, and their customer support is difficult to deal with. Shop elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for your kitchen and house if you want to avoid unnecessary hassle.

Pros
  • Products offered at prices that are fair.
Cons
