I heard it would be good for visiting theme parks in summer and yes it is. Literally lifeguards! If you go to a theme park like Disney World or Six Flags in the hot summer, I highly recommend them. Especially if you go somewhere humid. Really helps with stagnant humid air. WEIGHT: They are very light and hang around the neck. I hate wearing things around my neck and I never noticed it even after a few days of wearing it. TEMPERATURE: The fan just pumps air around you so it doesn't "cool" the air, but it still feels amazing. However, when you enter an air-conditioned building, you really feel the surprisingly cold air blowing in your face. It's like heaven. lol.BATTERY: Battery life is short as only two AA batteries are required. I pushed the limits by running it for 8 hours straight and at the end of each day I had to change the batteries because the flow was so weak. Just make sure you bring enough batteries for each day you intend to use it. You can extend it to two days, but again the flow is very weak compared to fresh new batteries. (I would appreciate if the next model could have a battery option as that would be handy). SAFETY: Also, I have long hair and the blade really bothered me being so close to my face. Do not worry! The blades are what I would call an open blade - if that makes sense?! My hair has only been pulled a couple of times due to carelessness and it came out with no damage. This is a cool blade that I want to use in any neck fan. NOISE: This is the quietest fan I've ever come across. You can hear a slight hum in a quiet room, but it's so quiet and light you honestly forget it's there. I recommend these amazing creations for the rest of my life! 😊
