You can see your employee's activity history, you can view employee performance reviews both overall and by department. The reporting is very detailed- so it allows you to know exactly what was done each month/year that impacted an individual or team member. It also helps with payroll processing as well as benefits enrollment. There are several things I don't like about this product; mostly being that there isn't much integration between HRMS & Payroll and that some departments have more power than others when making changes within certain sections (i.e. adding new hires). This allows employees who need access to those areas the ability to do so without having to go through multiple channels/processes. Benefits administration has become easier and faster because it does everything we needed plus more. I like how it is easy to use, especially for new employees. It's user-friendly. Also, I like that the training can be done online or in person. The program has a lot of benefits for employers. But, in my opinion, there are not many downsides. If you're looking for a computerized system that will help your organization with its HR needs, this software might be a great fit. We are solving issues related to hiring and management.
