I think they sent me another's return which was just remade without repair and sent to me instead. When it arrived the box was quite wobbly but everything seemed to be in place. Everything is connected, loaded, the graphics card is clearly out of order. Artifacts are everywhere. I know it's not my monitor and all because I'm currently printing this from the same monitor that was connected to my old PC. The computer only shows the default Microsoft screen resolution (see how big the mouse pointer is in the screenshot, oh my god) and the graphics device reported that the nvidia card is disabled with error 43. I've tried literally every possible troubleshooting method you can find on google for HOURS. and nothing worked. The artifacts only went away when the card was actually disabled/removed and using the underlying windows graphics driver or something else. separately but unanimously said the graphics card is probably burned out and needs to be sent back so I'm doing that instead of wasting more time. I've secured everything (including the mouse, keyboard, etc.) as best I can, including putting the packing materials back in the case, but now the box is even more battered. So if someone is reading this and suddenly gets a notification that this computer is available and is sent to them when the box is damaged, it's probably the same one that was returned to me and refurbished and then sent back a second time. Good luck getting it working. I have used pre-built PCs for all my previous computers and they have worked well. So I'll assume it's a company in this case and just buy my next computer elsewhere. It's a shame, but when I'm spending that kind of money, I want something that isn't broken.
