Review on UserJoy by Chad Judex

I like that it can be used from any device, whether its mobile or desktop! It's easy enough anyone could use this software with little training needed at all. The interface is very basic but not too difficult either. There are many options of surveys which makes creating them fairly quick as well. Not much dislike about this product so far other than maybe some minor bugs here an there (which i'm sure will get fixed soon). This has been great in helping us find out exactly how our customers feel towards their experience when using one of our products/services.
