No longer works, suitable for charger

We were pleased with this charger as it was great the first time we got it used to charge my mobile scooter worked great. However, after that initial success, it never worked again.

Input: 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz, 1.2 A (MAX); Output: 29.4V 2A DC Charger 24V 23.9V 29.2V 25.2V 2A
