I read a bunch of reviews and almost bought a much more expensive product. After reading these reviews I thought why not try it. After one week using 4 capsules a day I back to needing a towel!

Promotes healthy hair and nail growth due to high levels of vitamin E.

Cons

May not provide a significant improvement in overall health.
