Review on Talentia HR Suite by Jeho Odor

The ability for me to track and see all of my employees data in one place. This has allowed me to have a quick look at who is currently working where they are supposed to be or with whom I need to follow up about performance concerns without having to log into each individual site as needed. It does not sync across sites very well which can be frustrating if you want access from multiple devices. Overall it's been fairly useful but nothing really stands out that would make me use this over other competitors products. We were looking for an easy way to manage our employee data when hiring them so we could keep everyone organized while also being able to contact them easily after hours/on weekends.
