Basic time clock functionality & tracking system

The ability for me to track and see all of my employees data in one place. This has allowed me to have a quick look at who is currently working where they are supposed to be or with whom I need to follow up about performance concerns without having to log into each individual site as needed. It does not sync across sites very well which can be frustrating if you want access from multiple devices. Overall it's been fairly useful but nothing really stands out that would make me use this over…

  • How intuitive everything was, ease of installation & setup (i already had most things running) great system overall though needs improvement around notifications sent via email instead than through app notification bar! And more flexible scheduling options available too

Great implementation from day 1: Talentia HR Suite

The integration with Payroll system that is seamless. It also allows for easy onboarding of new employees and tracking employee's performance in real time. Also can be used as an Employee Self Service portal which has many benefits such as creating custom reports. I have not found any dislikes about this software yet however it does take some getting use too, but if you are looking into something like this then its worth taking note that there will definitely need more training before using…

A very user friendly software that will help you organize your people data in one place.

It has helped us organize our people data in one place which is very easy for employees who are not familiar with it as they can easily navigate through different modules of this software without any difficulty at all!
