The integration with Payroll system that is seamless. It also allows for easy onboarding of new employees and tracking employee's performance in real time. Also can be used as an Employee Self Service portal which has many benefits such as creating custom reports. I have not found any dislikes about this software yet however it does take some getting use too, but if you are looking into something like this then its worth taking note that there will definitely need more training before using effectively so prepare yourself! We were able to streamline our recruitment process by allowing all departments access through one platform. This allowed us to easily see what each department was doing without having to check multiple platforms or send emails back and forth between different systems. I like the fact that it is integrated with all the other systems in the company. It is also easy to use. It is very user friendly. I dislike the fact that it is expensive. I would like to see more features added to the system. It is easy to use and it is very user friendly. I would recommend this to other companies. I am solving the problem of having to use multiple systems to find the right candidate.
