Valve OK but no hose

Valve installed well, no leaks. However, the hose was leaking where the hose fitting was inserted into the threaded connection. Since I already had the valve installed I didn't want to take it apart to return it all to Revain so I ended up just buying a new tube from Lowes. I would recommend buying them separately in case this happens.
