My baby is finally sleeping! He is my fourth child and by far the pickiest and most difficult of my children. He slept nowhere but on my chest in the chair. Within 3 minutes of being tucked into bed, on a rocking inflatable seat, being grabbed and played with everything, he woke up screaming! None of my other kids did this so it came as a shock to me! As a seasoned mom, I don't usually buy a lot of 'accessories' or the latest fancy things for kids, but this time I was desperate! I read a lot of reviews and was tempted to pick one of the more expensive ones because "you get what you pay for", right? I'm so glad I didn't! It's perfect and is one of the lowest prices out there! The material is soft and appears to be of good quality. Oh, and the fact that it's machine washable really appealed to me. I haven't washed it yet. I've only had it a few days but it says it's machine washable so I'm hoping everything will be fine when I do (I don't think I'll put it in the dryer). Many others are only allowed to be hand washed, which is forbidden in this house! I love that the U-shaped pad for his feet is adjustable with Velcro so I can easily make it more comfortable or looser as he grows. The padding around his head isn't as important to me as the padding holding up his legs (he doesn't mind a flat head, but if he does there's a nice little pillow to help with that). He was premature and very easily startled. He likes to feel snuggly and wrapped tightly, but that wasn't enough. However, it helped a lot to put him in, support his legs and feel comfortable! He no longer flinches when I lay him down and even sleeps when I'm not holding him the whole time! So don't be fooled and don't spend more on a more expensive alternative. It's perfect and it saves!
