I recently adopted my sister's cat as she was moving and couldn't take her with her. She is a long haired cat. I comb her every day but her hair still falls across the furniture - as expected lol. I've used these rags and found that they scatter most of the hair instead of picking it up. I always shake it up and flip it over to use the whole rag. Hair doesn't always stick to a cloth. It picks up human hair and dust better than a cat's. Unfortunately I have to find something else that is more effective for cat hair. Maybe she has a coat flaw, not a rag haha. but then again, the rags smell wonderful!
