The weight received was as promised and our confidence in Unizoco and their product was restored thanks to their prompt and polite customer service in addition to the great sticks. ** The product image is misleading - it looks like you understand what's in the image, but you really don't. You get a sack of firewood, which in itself isn't bad. But the description says "about 30 to 40 sticks" so I was disappointed when I only counted 28 in my bag. It would probably be better if they listed volume instead of quantity so customers aren't disappointed or feel left out. The sticks I used were also successful - some smelled nice while others just smelled like any other wood, almost like they were old and didn't have much essential oil in them.
