ordered a new one. twice.

I ordered a new device in the box. What I received was a very carefully packaged used device. twice. I don't know if the first one was defective or just a bad repair, but the battery died so quickly it could have beat my grandma at the bar. Then the fingerprint reader stopped working after 2 days. I contacted Revain, who referred me to a retailer in New York. They always responded quickly and helped. We've talked to most of my friends more than I have over the past few weeks. I sent the device back and asked for a replacement. I even asked twice if it was a new phone. They assured me that it will be a new device. About a week later it arrived and this time I kept a close eye on it. The protective film was easy to remove without breaking it off with your fingernail. The plastic wrapping around the phone looked like a crumpled leaf. I turn on the device and the process of starting a new factory phone is already complete. in Chinese. *sigh. I'm a good athlete, let's see if it works. I just want a work phone. works wonderfully. until I make some random calls, it takes longer to dial than a rotary phone IF it dials at all, which most of the time it doesn't. my boss tells me that her calls don't reach me either. breathtaking. I work on call, I write to the seller and he says the tech checked the unit before coming to see me. The only person last to see this 'new in the box' phone had to be the guy at the factory who lovingly sealed it when it was assembled. I'm disappointed. now i'm going to write this bad review on this piece of junk and ship it back to the bronx. I will buy a phone from Best Buy where I don't have to wait for delivery and I can look at a real person if the phone isn't what it should be. can't beat the real feeling of eye contact.
