Great printer when it works. It goes into "offline" mode for weeks for no reason. Does not work well with direct USB connection. The ink is cheaper than HP. My HP 3-in-1 printer is older, more expensive to run, but reliable. This printer usually lets me down. It is designed to work wirelessly. When it started disconnecting I thought I had signal issues so I put it in the same room as the router. It didn't help. It doesn't even have a function where I can connect a LAN cable. It's wireless and good luck! This printer was such a big disappointment. I bought it because I was tired of paying high prices for HP inks. Now I'm tired of a printer that doesn't work no matter how cheap the ink is. My wireless HP has never had problems like this. I would avoid this product.
