Good doorbell for the price. Easy to install, loud enough. But one complaint. The type of chime/tone is difficult to set. You have to press the button until it's on the one you want. Then, press both the chime and volume buttons at the same time and the unit chirps. You have less than 10 seconds to press the button on the piece which mounts to the door before the unit chirps a second time signaling it's no longer in set mode.If you mount your transmitter to the door before setting the tone, you need to either plug your speaker near the door or have someone press the button there to signal ok to the receiver before time's up. But luckily once set, the chime will not reset itself when unplugged or during a power outage.One other thing, not sure why screws were included since this has no holes on it where the screws would go. Would be cool if a second stick pad was put in instead, so if you had to move the door button it wouldn't be much trouble to find another sticker or glue.Overall though I like the flashing light and the variety of ringtones. Just could be a bit better.
