The price was pretty high and gave me a reason to try compression shorts as part of my workout. I've never really used them in the gym, but I recently bought a pair of compression running shorts to wear in cold weather and I really liked how they've helped improve my movement. Their fabric is much thinner and lighter than running shorts. They are definitely meant to be worn under another layer so you don't reveal your religion to everyone around you. But despite that, they offer a solid level of compression that I think has improved not only my stationary bike training, but my strength training as well. ! The light blue color looks really cool and I also like the pair with contrast stitching. Honestly I would buy three more packs if they were all bright colors. As for the size, it seems to me that there are a few. conciliatory. I'm 5ft 11", a rugby player, and I usually buy pants in a size 34 from American manufacturers (I think we can all agree that most of the time they aren't exactly a 34 but more like a 36) and the average size fits me. with a feel that's less restrictive than cycling shorts but definitely supportive. I was very nervous about ordering a medium as foreign-made sportswear can often be built for small bodies, but that's not the case here. The fabric is stretchy but not too tight or tight. I'm definitely a fan.
