Review on Pure Manufacturing by Xiaomeng Chang

The flexibility of this program is amazing! I have been able use it for my entire career with one exception (and they are working hard at getting me back in). It was easy enough when we were using just 3-4 machines but now there may as well 100's upon hundreds across our site so its very important something works without fail or else downtime becomes non existent which can only increase operational costs if left unchecked/unplanned. So far no issues here however their support team has always done an excellent job solving any problems encountered quickly after being notified by email even during off hours / weekend days etc - nothing beats good old fashioned customer service especially from people who actually care about what YOU need solved instead of waiting until someone gets home first thing Monday morning!!
