Purchased Sena 10s twin pack. WARNING: If you are fitting this to a half helmet be careful it may not work. You may need to make modifications or buy a clip for the Sena SPH-10H and try to fit it to your half helmet. . The boom is not attached directly to the body 10s! You need to find a way to attach the boom mic directly to your helmet. I contacted Sena support and they said 10s are not recommended for half helmets! I was able to find a way to mount the device and use the boom microphone on my half helmet (Scorpion Exo 100). Installation on my wife's 3/4 helmet was very easy! After installing the devices, I checked them out. Use it for a phone call. This thing is amazing! I used my half helmet and was able to make phone calls immediately on my first trip with no problems. I took it out on the interstate to see if driving 75+ mph would decrease the sound quality and/or increase the noise for everyone I spoke to. I could hear the shouts loud and clear, and the people I was talking to couldn't hear the sounds of the wind or the road. Pairing with your phone is very easy. Updating the firmware is very easy. Pairing with another intercom device was easy. While I was disappointed that it wasn't easy to install on a half helmet, I ended up giving it 5 stars for its easy setup, great sound quality, and ease of use. once on the way.
