Review on PROQ 550 Replacement Under Sink Reverse Osmosis by Jason Hinrichs

After the old filters were removed and new ones installed, they continued to leak. I've tried reinstalling them multiple times and they keep leaking. After spending hours searching the internet to find out why, I finally contacted Puregen and they said they would send me some new o-rings. This should be a known issue as there were no other known troubleshooting methods. New o-rings arrived (4 days after purchasing the drinking water) and were in fact a different size (smaller than the ones on the filters). Filters reinstalled and no leaks, imagine! It's frustrating as hell to buy a product that doesn't have the right parts to begin with.
