Update 2nd purchase: The first ones I bought some 3years ago are still handing well on the wall and still hold my brooms well at my old place. I just purchased more for my new house It looks like the holders have been greatly improved actually, I would never hesitate to buy them again. I did get some from home depot but that did not work well, the brooms kept sliding off.1st purchase: While the rubber on the inside fell after 6 months or so, we are still happy with the purchase the brooms stay up without the rubber and it still feels sturdy more than a year later
