The Pureboost Go is a quality shoe. The Flexknit upper is very good and really molds to your foot. They're pretty light. The cushioning is very good, has a good rebound and responds well. The Forefront's cushioning is quite substantial compared to other running shoes I've used. Mid and heel cushioning is moderate. It has a very wide sole, so that the step is very stable when running. Not unstable at all. The outsole has good traction and even good traction on dirt roads. The most notable feature is the low drop of 7.9mm. Most running shoes I use have a more noticeable drop of 10-12mm. The fall definitely requires different muscles and slightly different technique. My kneecap problem seems to hurt less due to the lower drop. However, you still have to experiment, but it's quite interesting. The size is big. I usually wear a size 8 and the 7.5 fits me perfectly. A small drawback is the low heel. It's not as big of a problem as I thought, but I would have preferred a more prominent heel.
