I have a large breed dog. American bully weighing about 90 pounds. It has a very thick neck and is very powerful. Quality is always an issue when choosing collars for him. Someone recommended this collar to me and we bought it. It's only 1 1/2", I'd like to see him in a 2" collar. But VERY well done. I read reviews that it's too heavy for their dogs. Well, it's perfect for your big, powerful dogs. It works like a seat belt. Clasps and loops are made of durable metal. This is a great collar at a good price. Anyone who owns a large dog knows how expensive a well-made collar for a large, powerful dog can be.
