Ideal for preventing salt from clumping.

I live in humid Florida and to keep the salt from running I added rice to absorb the moisture. These items have a very nice design and allow openings to be covered when not in use, eliminating the problem of moisture/sticking. They also have a transparent glass bottom to control the salt and pepper levels. They are easy to refill and perfect for the table. A very well thought out product for everyday use.
