Broke after just a few months

***Upgrade - DO NOT BUY** *** This seemed like a solid vacuum but as mentioned below it broke after only a few uses. Went under warranty, replaced defective hoses. However, they claim that it's not really covered by the warranty and if the same or a similar problem occurs again, they won't cover it. They say their investigation revealed it was not a defect. That is nonsense. I've only used it a half dozen times or so. It just broke after a few months. If it's good, they say they're making junk that doesn't last long and they won't support it. Ignore consumer reports and positive reviews. This company does not endorse their product. You can find dozens of reviews describing the same electrical hose problems I had. I went to a vacuum cleaner dealer and they showed me several alternatives with better performance, better warranties, and similar prices. I wish I had taken the time to find what I needed instead of reading online reviews and assuming that high price means good quality. ***** I really like this vacuum cleaner. super quiet. Good suction power. Nice features. But. it broke after just a few months. Sounds like an electrical problem in the hose. I called support and they said it was under warranty. Hooray! So I took him to the nearest vacuum cleaner service center. They found the fault and immediately ordered a replacement part. Two weeks later, the parts are still missing. I called and asked when he would be arriving. They figured it could take months to get the role. They say the delivery of spare parts has been slow during the Covid times. This is madness. I can't use my $1,000 for a few months. I think I'll buy a new vacuum cleaner while I wait. I am not happy.
