Compression socks help a little

Plantar fasciitis is a terrible, painful problem. At worst, I crawled a lot and used crutches and wheelchairs. I've tried everything! I think I even cooked garlic paste and rubbed my feet. I had a pair of old compression stockings that came with some basketball shoes I ordered years ago so I looked for them but never found them. nothing compared to the old. These socks and sleeves seem to have helped a bit and any relief is worth it so I'm glad I ordered them. I also ordered socks and an open toe style so this is a review for both. I even tried them together. Some other things that help are daily stretching (most beneficial), copper-coated socks, good shoe inserts, and time. I recently found CBD balm to be incredibly beneficial. At some point I'm no longer sure what really helped, but how much was waiting. I didn't have balm at the worst point of my episode, but I definitely will if it gets that bad again. Good luck friends who suffer from plantar fasciitis.
