I like that it allows me as an admin user to be able to control all aspects of my service without having to have access to any client's computer devices or accounts which is very important for security purposes! It can also help with keeping track of inventory by allowing you to keep up to date information about what products are in stock at each location. There isn't much customization available out of the box so some things may require more work but overall this has been easy enough to use even if one does not know how to code using HTML/CSS etc. Nothing really comes across too negative just yet though there could always be something better than what they already offer currently. Keeping track of everything from product availability to employee scheduling to customer account management - we've made huge strides towards automating our business processes since switching over to them last year!
